Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swapbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace Rules

  • All listed accounts must be owned by the seller and legally transferable.
  • Sellers must provide accurate information about listed accounts.
  • Buyers must not attempt to recover sold accounts through unauthorized means.
  • Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and legal action.

3. Fees and Payments

A 3% market fee is charged to sellers when listing an account. A 10% platform commission is deducted from the sale price upon successful completion of an order. All payments are processed through on-chain cryptocurrency transactions (BTC, USDC on Base, USDC on Solana).

4. Escrow Process

Swapbox operates an escrow-based transaction system:

  1. Buyer sends payment to the platform wallet
  2. Seller delivers account credentials through the platform
  3. Buyer confirms receipt and verifies the account
  4. Funds are released to the seller wallet minus commission

If the seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the buyer may request a refund.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Not use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Not attempt to manipulate pricing or scam other users

6. Limitation of Liability

Swapbox acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee account quality or seller reliability. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid on the specific transaction in question.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may delete their account at any time through the dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
